Location: Red Oak Drive - Killingly, Connecticut
Provost & Rovero, Inc. provided complete design and permitting services for this 15 lot residential subdivision in Killingly. Red Oak Drive is located on the easterly side of Green Hollow Road. The layout of Red Oak Drive and the 15 building lots it serves takes advantage of the scenic vistas provided on the 90+/- acre property. The project includes the 1,500' Red Oak Drive, two stormwater detention/quality basins and subsurface storm sewer system.
